Sittiwate has represented clients in negotiation, business and commercial litigation, rehabilitation, labor disputes, white-collar crime cases, and alternative dispute resolution.

He is a key contributor to the Firm, as one of his particular specialties is advising clients in relation to litigation and investigations in connection with Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Act. He also advises companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance relating to Thai securities laws, employment regulations, and general commercial matters.
