Wisara Harnchonboth

Wisara Harnchonboth is an associate of the Firm. She assists multinational and domestic businesses with their legal needs in areas such as capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions, banking and securities-related laws, and foreign direct investment. Her expertise includes handling tender offers for securities, delisting shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, offering new shares and warrants via rights offerings, and acquiring equity interests. Before joining the Firm, Wisara worked at esteemed domestic and international law firms in Bangkok. She advised clients on capital market transactions, M&A transactions involving private and public companies, regulatory and licensing matters for e-payment and non-bank lending business activities, foreign direct investment, commercial contracts, and general corporate advice. Wisara holds an LLM from King’s College London and an LLB from Chulalongkorn University.
