Karinevidch Olivero is a partner of the Firm. He has extensive experience assisting companies with corporate legal matters, M&A transactions, and complex capital markets and securities transactions.

He has represented and advised clients on domestic and international equity and debt offerings under Thai securities laws, as well as Regulation S and Rule 144A, and private placements covering a wide variety of industries, such as banking and finance, media, retail, and real estate development.
